The Town will hold our annual Clean-up Day on Saturday, April 28, 2018 between the hours of 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Rain or Shine.

If you are a property owner of a home within the Town of Elsmere, but your photo ID states otherwise.
You may report to Town Hall now through April 27, 2018 prior to 4:00 PM to obtain a special waiver for use of the dumpsters. This waiver in addition to your photo ID, will be verified at the time of drop-off during clean-up day April 28, 2018.
