The Annual Town of Elsmere Community Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In the event of rain the yard sale will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. *During this time yard sale permits are waived. As a reminder outside of this date yard sale permits are required. Residents are permitted to have 4 yard sales during the calendar year, 5 including the Town-Wide Yard Sale.
