Please join the Town of Elsmere for our annual Halloween Spooktacular held at the Elsmere Fire Hall (1107 Kirkwood Highway, Elsmere, DE 19805).
The kids will participate in a Halloween Costume Parade from Elsmere Town Hall (11 Poplar Avenue, Elsmere, DE 19805) to the Elsmere Fire Hall (1107 Kirkwood Highway) in costume and upon arrival local businesses and the Town of Elsmere will provide indoor trick-or-treating followed by our feature movie: Hocus Pocus!
