Public Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Elsmere have scheduled a Special Council Meeting on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 5:00pm at Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting will be to award a contract for Phase II of the Town’s 2016-2017 Street Improvement Program, as well as, Ordinance 630 amending the Town’s Police Pension Plan.
