Best Decorated House Contest, Finalist Selection

The Town of Elsmere Mayor and Council will be selecting finalists for the best decorated homes in Elsmere on December 16, 2015 and a winner will be selected on December 17, 2015.
If you have been selected as a finalist a sign will be placed on your property December 16, 2015 between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. (One home from each council district will be selected as a finalist; Registration is not necessary).
Mayor Burg will select a winner on December 17, 2015 between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
