Needy Family Fund – COVID-19 Relief


In this national health emergency, we, the Board Members of the Elsmere Police Needy Family Fund, are acutely aware of the economic consequences being suffered by many of our fellow residents. Many have suddenly gone without income.

The Federal and State governments are preparing personal grants and additional funds for Unemployment Compensation.
