Chapter 200

 SWIMMING POOLS

~ 200-1. Drainage of pools.

  No person, persons, firm or corporation owning or operating a swimming pool within the Town of Elsmere shall drain, empty or discharge said swimming pool or pools in such a manner as to allow such drainage or discharge to enter on, upon or over the land of any adjacent landowner.

~ 200-2. Violations and penalties.

  Upon conviction of a violation of this chapter before the Mayor of the Town of Elsmere, any person, persons, firm or corporation convicted shall be fined for the first offense in the amount of ten dollars ($10.) and twenty-five dollars ($25.) for each and every subsequent offense.
