Chief Neal Strauss retires from EPD.    Effective March 28th, 2008 Chief Neal Strauss will retire from the Elsmere Police Dept. after 22 yrs of service. The Staff and Officers of the Elsmere Police Dept would like to extend their best wishes and heartfelt gratitude to Chief Strauss for his years of service and dedication to the citizens of Elsmere and the Elsmere Police Dept.    We would like to also extend our best wishes to Chief Strauss as he begins his new life outside Elsmere.
