 PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES

~ 152-1. Parking regulations.

  No vehicle whose primary use is as a travel trailer, house trailer, camper, boat or boat trailer shall be parked on the public streets of the Town of Elsmere, except for such a time as may be necessary to immediately load or unload such trailer, camper or boat.

~ 152-2. Violations and penalties.

  Whoever knowingly commits a violation of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.) or imprisoned nor more than thirty (30) days, or both. Each and every day during which such violation shall occur, after written notice thereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
