Chapter 127

 LEAVES, DUMPING OF

~ 127-1. Placing leaves in gutters or streets prohibited.

  All persons are prohibited from raking, dumping or otherwise causing fallen leaves on private property from being placed in the gutters, streets, catch basins and storm sewers within the Town of Elsmere.

~ 127-2. Violations and penalties.

  Any person violating the provisions of ~ 127-1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.) for the first offense, and not less than fifty dollars ($50.) or more than two hundred dollars ($200.) for such subsequent offense. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
