FEES, REMITTANCE OF

~ 25-1. Monthly accounting of fees received.

 

  All fees and moneys received by any officer or employee of the Town of Elsmere shall be accounted for monthly and shall be paid to the Town Treasurer upon each accounting.

 

 

~ 25-2. Date of accounting; payment to Treasurer.

 

  All officers and employees of the Town of Elsmere receiving or retaining fees and moneys for which they are obligated to account shall make such accounting for the previous month by the first Thursday of the following month, and all payments to the Town Treasurer shall be made by the first Thursday of the month following receipt of said funds or moneys.
