DISORDERLY CONDUCT

~ 91-1. Loitering.

 

  It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter on any street corner, sidewalk or other place where such loitering may or might cause or create a disturbance or constitute a breach of the peace.

 

 

~ 91-2. Obstruction of streets or public places.

 

  It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to play ball or to engage in any other activity obstructing or tending to obstruct any street or sidewalk or any other public place other than designated ball fields, athletic fields or playgrounds.

 

 

~ 91-3. Use of loud or abusive language.

 

  It shall be unlawful for any person to use loud, abusive or profane language at any time, on any street, or in any public place, or in any other place where such language may or might be heard by the public at large. Violations of this section shall be prosecuted as are other charges of disorderly conduct.

 

 

~ 91-4. Violations and penalties.

 

  Offenses under this chapter shall be cognizable before the Mayor's Court of Elsmere. Persons violating this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.).
